TRX Suspension Training.

Good day. Can’t believe I’m leaving in two weeks. Back to Melbourne where I get to get chubby again LOL. Fingers crossed that the determination to get abs will conquer it all. :D I’ve recently picked up the TRX Suspension training circuits to be incorporated with my usual workouts. I really like it. This would so totally be the best birthday present (hint hint). Well personally, I know that I usually prefer workouts that are slightly more challenging, ones that require more technical knowledge although they may seem pretty doable at the start. I will talk more about this in the future if I can keep up with TRX in Melbourne.

Honestly, this is not as simple as it looks. I don’t have an incredibly strong core muscle, so the need to engage/stiffen my core during these TRX workouts to maintain stability is a major plus point. I’ve received emails regarding my leg workouts and how to get well defined legs. Okay, honestly its a lot of hard work. Squats maybe a little too much for some girls who don’t wanna lift heavy, so maybe you can give this TRX a try. It uses mostly body weight, and I reckon its more flexible to a certain extent.
