i shall skip the Beijing updates and move on to my Culinaire Malaysia 2007 that was help in KLCC.Its an event where chef’s compete among themselves,in this country of course.
i will pop the pictures i took from the exhibition hall,and boy.it was breathtaking for a ‘jakun’ like me. 
if you enter that place with an empty stomach.

I met Dik Yang and Calvin there,both former SMSJ students i think.There are loads of TCHT students there.met Chef Patrick,Chef Bala and all. Mind you,i called them uncle for a very long time.
the boyfriend drove us there then drove all the way back. we gained our VIP passes,more like sponsors instead.thanks daddy!
shook hands with god knows how many sweaty hands,being introduced as Miss Chee again and again,people shoving food right into your mouth,and what made my day was the premium ice cream served only to ME when i mumbled, is that ice cream edible or is it for display purposes?
yeah,i loved it.

if architecture models were to be put next to this two models,i think in my opinion. Us architecture students might just lose hands down man. the whole model is edible,and boy its chocolatie!

i really respect these chefs at times. imagine all the tiny bit detailing? its food. the whole process of it is so bloody complicated. As i was saying, how this event is sponsored by daddykins. The whole kitchen that you see in TCHT,Starbucks,Army Camps nationwide,Monash Malaysia,Juice Works,KFC Holdings,Jogoya Starhill,Coffee Bean,Uncle Lim’s,Kenny Rogers,Berjaya Group, and majority of hotels is all done under daddykins. which explains all my food interests.
i’ve known chef’s all my life,however daddy can’t cook for shits!haha. and yes being the advisor of the Chef’s Association Of Malaysia sure has a lot of goodies. invites for launches,premiers,freebies and all. what advisors do, chef’s come to them,earn a place in high rated hotels,get upgraded,and basically if you wanna survive in Hospitality/Culinary.
