I LOVE RAMEN, so much that I feel that I’m betraying my first love, Pan Mee LOL. :) The simplest pleasure in life, food. I’d dare say that the best ramen I’ve ever had is still Marutama Ramen & Ippudo back in Malaysia, but the one I tried last night with Sheng Yi at Kokoro Ramen was pretty good too! I guess it all boils down to personal preference. I usually judge the quality of a bowl of ramen on the quality/texture of the broth, the texture of the noodles, the pork, the amount of spring onion (duh!) and of course the eggs. :)

Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen with slice of pork belly. Verdict 8/10. Kokoro Ramen @157 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne, VIC. :)

Little Ramen Bar @ 346 Little Bourke St, Melbourne, VIC. My second visit was better compared to the first. It was a little too salty for my liking and they ran out of eggs at 1.30pm lunch time! Not cool. Verdict 6/10.

Menya Ramen :)

Marutama Ramen @ Empire Shopping Gallery. Verdict 9.5/10. Texture of the cha shu could be a little more tender! :)

I’m yet to master the art of highlighting my cheekbones but getting there! :) FYI, the shimmery glowing effect on my cheeks are the results from Laura Mercier’s Shimmer Bloc. Highly recommended guys! :)

Now. Difference?

Alright, hope you had a good read. Go grab ramen tonight okay thanks bye. :D
