Connection had been so horrible over the weekend. have been going out for lunch with alvin and his parents for the past few days, and ill start off from the updates for friday. had lunch at some place @ Rio Futsal behind USJ1, a restaurant named F4 which serves seafood typo food and three thumbs up. i’ve never came across any places who are packed full house serving that sorta food. so here you go,to Subang folks.![]()
i’ve been down with fever for the past few days plus a little sorethroat. *sighs* on Saturday, went to One Utama to watch Harry Potter, did some light shopping, then rushed home like a maddie for some wedding dinner held in Seri Kembangan. food was good, certainly a well planned out wedding extravaganza.

have you’ll came across the article,on how dangerous and poisonous plastic bottles can be. mineral water bottles should only be reused ONCE, soft drinks maximum TWICE, and the containers that states ‘microwave safe’ might be hazardous as well. so please do some prevention, because it is dangerous.
“imagine drinking down water daily filled in a mineral water bottle and day by day sipping down PLASTIC.”
im sure you won’t want that to happen right.

Warning labels for plastic food containers
THE Health Minister has advised the public not to reuse plastic food and water containers as their quality is said to be questionable and that Malaysians were at risk of being exposed to chemicals that might seep into the food or liquid.
His warning included food containers that are labelled “microwave safe”. The study, based on findings by Universiti Malaya and the Health Ministry, leads one to conclude that the labelling of the containers as “microwave safe” is misleading and dangerous.
The public warning will not reach the greater part of the population as the re-use of plastic containers is common in rural areas. The authorities should direct manufacturers of such plastic containers to place warning labels on the containers similar to the health warning on cigarette packets.
The effective solution would be a total ban on the use of such plastic containers, which are also not environment-friendly.
i came across an article on architects slipping out of the country? to be honest,i would as well. the whole 6 freaking years till we complete our dearest Masters gonna enable us to learn Malaysian Architecture inside out already. ![]()

Architects slipping away
PETALING JAYA: Malaysia will not be able to achieve its target of 10,000 architects by the year 2020 because many architects are leaving the country, according to Malaysian Institute of Architects (PAM) president Dr Tan Loke Mun.
“There were some 1,600 professional architects in Malaysia 10 years ago. It is surprising that the number remains the same now,” he told a press conference after the annual PAM architectural students works exhibition 2007 here yesterday.
Tan said that while the population of Australia was almost equivalent to that of Malaysia, Australia had around 12,000 architects.
He said out of the 20 architecture institutions nationwide, only five were recognised while another 15 were still going through the recognition process.
“Due to this, most of the students from these institutions end up going overseas to further their studies, and the current trend is that they don’t come back.”
