Family Matters.

June 19, 2010

Good day folks. I do realize that its been quite a while since I’ve updated anything personal & lesser on events wtf but trust me this month of June is insane for me. I wish I could split myself into four, one for uni assignments, one for the Keeper, one for my family and one for the blog of course. The problem with me according to most people,is that I don’t have much time for myself. :| Quoted by Sherene as I got off the phone with her at 2am; I am deemed a workaholic.

I can’t stand not spending my time doing something worthwhile, even cursing when I get up at 10am in the morning although I’d set my alarm to wake up at 7am; claiming I’ve just wasted 3 hours of my life sleeping wtf. I no longer have weekends, because weekends are sort of the days where I don’t have to leave home and just work non-stop. Its crazy, I know; but I seriously think I need to slow down a little bit. I do sincerely apologize to my advertisers about your pending advertorials; I don’t wanna put up a shitty post just to get it up, I’ll make sure its worth the wait.

They say that what shapes you and strengthens you up is your family. I don’t know how others visualize their family to be like; but I kinda like how my family works and how we’re brought up. Judging from a first hand experience from someone close to me, not everybody is as fortunate to have siblings who’re extremely close knitted; sometimes it can get that bad to an extent where you’re literally individuals sharing the same parents living under the same roof and nothing more than that.

Here’s a rarely posted up picture of my family; because I do feel a little protected over my family for some reason. Don’t ask me why, I’m cautious that way. ;)

Celebrated my youngest brother, Wen Yang‘s 15th birthday at my aunt’s place. Here’s your chance to tell me who looks more like who in the family. I’m serious, this you must tell me okay! :D

Meet my youngest (out of three) nephew!

Nothing beats to see how surprised and happy he was that we actually put thought into celebrating his birthday. You see, most siblings are different from one another. I love to show the love wtf buying my brothers stuffs whenever I’m out shopping with the Keeper; then his remark would be, if anyone had a sister like you, they’re so blessed! :) I love my brothers.

I love the effect of the candles flaming. Don’t you? :)

Count to three,make a wish.

Happy Birthday again love, please know that jiejie loves you to bits although I used to chase you around with a cane to get you off the computer wtf. I doubt you read my blog but I’ll make sure you do tomorrow,so please be a good boy and a better person than I am because daddy sets crazy standards for me in order to make you a better person when you grow up too. :|

Look at the Keeper talking to cousin Nigel wtf his expression is so hilarious don’t you think? My wild guess it’ll either be about poker, cigarettes or me wtf. Alvin if you read this tomorrow please comment and enlighten us thanks.

My dad who looks extremely scary when he doesn’t smile and my nephew. :)

This hunk who obviously doesn’t handle babies very well! :D Thats my brother,Wen Zhi.

Fantastic lunch at my current favourite place who’s apparently been around for 16 years, Logenhaus@Taipan,Subang Jaya. The chicken dishes which comprises of 1/2 chicken is only RM16.90. Grilled to perfection!

If there’s one thing that most people fail to cherish in life,is family relations. You’d be surprise how much unnecessary tension there might be in a family over the slightest matters; only when something really bad happens only people tend to snap out of their self-centered issues, and care a little less about themselves. Sometimes I tend to self reflect when I look at other families where some come from broken homes, some with cheating parents, some dealing with illnesses and some completely fine people just not having that family bond. :(

You know,I need to spread this tiny message out to my younger readers; parents may be a pain in the ass because they will never agree on anything for as long as you still hold the “teen” word; but you need to learn to listen. Don’t be a rebel like me learning it the hard way that family love is unconditional. We feel for one another,we share it all; and its for a lifetime. Since its father’s day this weekend, try to do something with your family and know that they’re not gonna be here for the rest of your life.

Cherish your parents, its often the thought that counts. We as growing teenagers are as calculative as ever when it comes to allowance, hours being able to be out, how much we spend on everything and we’re calculative without realizing. They don’t owe you to you, as the matter in fact; its their love which created you.

Do I look like my mum?

Agree with you. Its our family love created us.
Everyone in this world can cheat or betray us ,and leave us when we in trouble, but our family never.
What else can be happier than knowing that no matter what happened to us at outside, there is always family behind to support us,and provides us a place to go and rest? =)

And I totally agree with you regarding family relations, we tend to take our family members, especially our parents for granted. I have learned to appreciate them a whole lot better (although I still don’t really show it out. ) ever since I have left for Australia.

LOL! I can’t believe you think you have just wasted 3 hours of your life sleeping. You do need a break missy!!!
