Keeper & Father.

I am in love.
What a way to start off a post,instead of my usual “good day folks” for starters and “much love,cheerios” at the end. I’m sure you can tell by the tone of my voice,although you can’t exactly hear me wtf that I’m in a very very good mood. Last night ended at about 4am in the morning,waking up at 7am to follow dad to work; because I strongly believe in the whole idea that when you’re forced to behave in office given a working space of your own; and I can’t go gugugagaga, I’ll probably be more productive.

I might just take a good snap around dad’s company,and yes the best part would obviously be the fact that the Keeper is working at the same place too! Major plus point,and yes I’m about to dish out some thrash about how is the whole boyfriend works with future father-in-law situation which appears to be quite an awkward situation.

Being very well worried as you are, I knew things would work out perfectly just fine from the beginning. The fact that Alvin is working for dad did raised a couple of few eyebrows but hey there’s obviously something you don’t know about how things go around with us. Given a situation like this:

I follow my dad to office in the morning,and sometime after lunch two days ago; the Keeper walked up to me and told me to get ready to pack in 30 minutes because I’ll be following him home today as my dad had some meeting elsewhere. No its not the typical awkward situation where one man owns me as a daughter and some other man owns me as a girlfriend; then envying each other to gain my love wtf just kidding.

The conversation probably went on like this:

DAD: Alvin,are you visiting any site later? Cause I’ll be going off to the Taylor’s Lakeside Campus for a meeting at 3pm.
ALVIN: I’m going to Twenty one at Bangsar Shopping Centre at 4pm.

The verdict was to discuss, who’s delivering this EXCESS BAGGAGE home.
Obviously I was safely delivered via Pos Express by the Keeper wtf.

They’ve been very much like friends for the past couple of years,having weekly futsal sessions on Friday evenings together; and recently its twice a week on Tuesday’s too. Although the boyfriend calls daddy Chief in office and uncle back at home; I think that things are working out pretty well especially when we had the best news today! The Keeper landed his first major project at Avenue K, located right next to Club Quattro & I guess I can do an architect play role during the holidays!

I promise not to steal the ka-ching dear boyfriend.
You know whats the weirdest situation that I get caught in. When it comes to the annual bonus, obviously dad decides the number of months a staff would get. Then I’d be in a situation where if my dad pays Alvin more; then means my dad has lesser money for himself and the family wtf. If he pays Alvin less than I can’t have full fledged fun wtf.

What do I do,I ask for bonus for myself and no one else.

And yes of course most would wonder are we all lovey-dovey and mushy in office. We discuss about work at times,but I spend most of my time on my model & computer works. There’s time for everything,there’s a place for everything too. I’ve always wondered if I’d ever find a man that I can have fun with, argue with, party with, eat with, sleep with wtf, play sports with, shop with, and lately work with!

An example of a situation.
The Keeper,myself and my mum shared a bed when we went for a shopping trip in July 2008 with me sleeping in the middle. So the funny thing was me tossing left and right,I was smacked right in the middle!

Nobody would ever get the relationship,it wasn’t a relationship which moved at the speed of light but I love how I felt so much like being apart of his family over the years. Never had the luxury to be the youngest in the family since I’m the eldest myself; I am the tiniest kiddo at his place. Its not about some dumb presents you get, but about the conversations you have; having dinner together on alternate days & just living.

Two years ago,I said this.
I seriously pity your next girlfriend. She’ll probably feel like an unwanted alien wtf.
Vice versa. My dad hated the recent ex,scrawny it seems.
Its almost 5am now,gotta head on to bed & continue tomorrow.

Good day folks. I just got hold of the pictures from EGo who’s been so busy and his PC being infected by virus made things worse.Two mega post coming up as soon as I’m done putting them together in order. Shit lah,there goes my sleep for tonight. Multi-tasking all the way man! I’m really excited to get it all posted up,you have to stick around this weekend.

This picture was taken at a soon to be disclosed party,after my first day as an architect intern! Behind that smile,is a very very VERY exhausted soul i kid you not. Gotta apologize over and over again,if i may have appeared quiet,unresponsive & quiet wtf.

Good day folks. Traffic was pretty friendly today,although the whole model making session did worn me out pretty badly. Things are improving in terms of work (thank goodness!),there’s no other way than to just take everyday as a brand new one; taking on a good leap of faith that its gonna be awesome wtf. That sounds like living in denial and self psyching to a certain extent. Make short term goals folks,it helps.

I hope you enjoyed reading,because I’m about to share quite a bit.
I’ve had some issues with self contradictory lately,where I felt kinda disheartened with the situation which i got caught in and was rather upset about it on Monday actually.Whenever you’re in doubt,don’t; at least that was one thing that i was trying to hold on to. Don’t ever push yourself to do something which you don’t want to, not for all the wrong reasons that is.

Something someone said to me last night over the phone,don’t think an identification is necessary here; which sort of cleared my mind and in fact I was caught by total surprise. I’ve always been a fan of selfless people,and selfish folks should just head right on to the fish market wtf. Its been quite a while since i’ve met individuals who actually put themselves in your shoes,and judging from what i heard last night; it changed my perspective of things entirely.Its just such an amazing feeling at times,well after one hell of a day.

Thats part of the progress for day #1.

I was probably falling asleep while slicing through the modeling board. It was pretty funny when it happened because i didn’t realize that i accidentally cut myself till the blood started flowing out like an overflow pipe; only difference was,it was red. Then the ever so excited self kicked in, and i was calling out for Clement to quickly snap a picture because I rarely bleed!

OMG the excitement was beyond words okay!
It was quite a deep cut though,but i kinda like it.

Its been a long day,and its time to tuck myself into bed.
My comments for the previous posts is long overdue,and i’m sorry about it! Been having trouble with my internet connection at home,can’t even get on MSN! Besides,i sleep really early these days. Pleasure reading darlings.

Chic POP : Samsung Ultra Touch S8300

Its finally Sunday again.A week ago today,my butt was glued onto the dining table’s chair working on the final studio presentation panel & portfolio.I’m sure you have a spot at home where you know you’d somehow stay awake,thats one spot which I can’t just fall asleep. Needed to stay awake through out the late nights,hence i chose the dining table instead of any other area of the house because its far too comfy that I might just get so tempted to pop,and fall asleep.

Prevention is better than cure,right?
The last thing I need is to wake up in the morning(if i were to fall asleep)
with my work incomplete & cry like a baby!

As much as I’d love to share every corner of my life from a closest possible aspect through pictures,I can’t be carrying my DSLR around building up bicep muscles, and I’m not that crazy okay. Did i just used the word that on myself,so means I’m technically admitting that I am crazy.Anyway,i haven’t got the time to really use the Samsung Ultra Touch S8300 to its fullest,but i’m sure gonna share some pictures that I took over the last two weeks. Before i begin,be sure to watch this video I picked up from Tongue In Chic.

How else to kick off my post if its not by introducing EGo‘s grumpy frumpy drumpy dissatisfied face because i made him finish off all the leftovers.It was a dinner at Delicious in Midvalley on Tuesday night,and I just had to put on my Bully-chee cap on! Poor boy.

I was hoping to create this ‘approaching dooms day’ kinda effect.
Did I mention that I’ve been dreaming of my different ways of death. Its not normal to keep dreaming of the different ways you’re gonna die right,thank god I’m not paranoid.I’d be writing my last will everyday here instead of blogging wtf.

A couple of pictures of my presentation panel. Since I was the first to arrive on the day because I had to rush off to the hospital right after (yes imagine the pressure!), my panel was pasted all the way up. So at some point i was hopping like some bunny to describe my floor plans,circulations and much. There’s a way to hop while looking professional okay wtf.

We’re All Stupid At Times.

Good day folks. Finally,some quiet time to myself after an insanely long week; its been quite a roller coaster ride. Things came pouring in like some heavy rain through the thunder storm wtf but yes it was that bad. At times i do find it hard to get in touch with how I really feel about situations because when bad things that happens revolves around my closest circle of people like my father; i tend to lose grip & just take one step at a time.

Monday night.
I had a pretty good day feeling all prepared for my final studio critique session,with a mindset all ready to get blast away by the architects and awesome lecturers; then when my parents got home after a long day at the hospital running tests & scans, i was left pretty distraught after that. Can we not talk about the details? At that moment,i felt beaten through my own victory. For the months which i’ve carefully planned out my day to day hourly schedule,like some crazy workaholic compromising so many things; its like i got beaten up by fate.

My mind was blank,couldn’t even prepare the presentation script/story line but with the uplifting spirit words from friends; i knew i needed to win my own battle. Spending my two following days with daddy at the hospital,driving mum back & forth rotating shifts while trying to enjoy the temporary state of after-semester-freedom.

What i’m trying to share with you,is that life’s a bitch; sometimes it makes you smile & sometimes it makes you cry. You may pray and hope for the best,but that will never rule out the worst. Learning is a never ending process,for one to say that he’s done learning; then I dare presume that he’s approaching his end. Don’t ever give up in yourself,and always strive to bring out the best of every situation regardless of the circumstances. We’re after all,only human.

Its stupid how we live our everyday striving to outdo the rest and be abnormal/special. You’d rather be a well composed art which stands out for the overall composition instead of one small part of the masterpiece.
