Being Boring Busy Bee.

April 29, 2010

Can I just be a boring bee for a day?

Good day folks, finally I can breathe for at least the next couple of days; have been sleeping at 5am waking up at 8am for the past week, my system is failing on me I kid you not. Its the time of the year again where I go poof disappearing into thin air working around the clock squeezing in some hopeful time for the Keeper; seriously bloody no life, as quoted. ;) Its so bad that my week is planned not being filled with eventful craps, but it may look something like this.

Bet you’re curious to know how I live to right?

8-11am   : CAD out plan & section
11-1pm   : CAD out modules for openings in Sketch Up Squeeze in lunch, gobbling down in the room as I continue with work
1-4pm     : Trace out hatched lines, save as individual layers in CAD to transfer over
4-7pm    : Apply imported hatched lines into Sketch up (this was fucking tedious!)
7-8pm    : Dinner (yes I only have dinner),go downstairs to play with Brownthepom, feed it with a treat
8-11pm   : Import changes from SketchUp into 3DsMax, apply previous rendered settings
11-1am    : Attempt to render wtf,I used the word attempt.
1-4am      : Finish up final model which requires me to slice and dice

That was my yesterday by the way; and I don’t believe in multi-working anymore. So I apologize for the delay in updates although I’m literally stacked with things to blog about. I don’t want to make this sound like a job, you wanna do something; do it with passion.

Taken earlier tonight via mobile, pardon the lousy quality.

Two days ago.

One day ago. 50mm lens was short enough to support the structure temporarily wtf. Talk about improvisation! :D

Taken this morning. Vegetarian food for the day, bought a cup of Coke because I only take Coke under extreme pressure. Thats the model, and laptop. :|

You see, my life is really simple these days and I love how it is. It is anything but boring because I’ve turned down meeting up sessions (getting famous for FFK) and not being available. I do feel awfully bad to not have time for so many other things, but to be honest if you have a schedule as pack as mine and this is not last minute work; you’ll have to learn how to prioritize.

At the moment, I’m lined up with advertorial posts for Eucerin, Maybelline, Cellnique, ClubCouture & all this is money of course. Just imagine putting yourself in my shoes, my sudden nonsensical ramblings about the Keeper, life and love has gotten me to this weird place over the world wide web. Don’t mean to sound flashy, but I’m not even in the media scene. So perhaps you folks are really here to read my boring nonsense and thoughts, and not for events. I enjoy events occasionally, but I hate feeling like an event reporter. Remember what I mentioned about it feeling like a job,you might end up losing passion.

So what are your priorities?

Which comes first?

Oh wait,do you even prioritize?

Its often easier said than done, but its achievable. Humans are weak at times when it comes to decision making because we have this devil in us that drives the wants and forget necessities. At times I feel so torn apart when i want so badly to do something, but since I know that its important to be completely committed to what you have ought to do; forgetting that desire came pretty easily.

There are two different types of people in this world; you’re either too realistic or purely in denial. These two state of minds is a far cry away from one another, and now ask yourself; which are you? Reality for me is that I am pursuing architecture, was warned before hand that it sucks the life out of you; literally marrying your job before even getting started! Its tough, its time consuming, but one key factor which most people don’t realize; its character and life strengthening. You can’t live in your cocoon and convince yourself that your design is magnificent. It teaches you how to cater to others needs and believes. You’re thought to be realistic, to design based on your understanding of an individual’s preference & there’s no chance in hell you can be in denial when you do architecture.

You’ll so fucking be denied!

Pardon my language, just realized how much I appreciate good quality time now. Time is precious, and for one to not make full use of it to just bum around is unforgivable. There’s so much to look forward to when you’re keeping busy with commitments, life never feels empty. :) As the matter in fact, there’s not enough hours to a day!

Find strength from the things that you believe in. If you’re genuinely sincere about what you want to pursue, risk it. The fear of failure has kept many miles away from all the amazing things you can have. Step out of your comfort zone, you’ll start to see how life unfolds itself for you. God is not gonna help every Tom,Dick and Harry, not the ones who’s not willing to help themselves.

Man I’m so boring!

Wow!!! I know this way of living!! It was really tiring, but I liked it!!
And do you know??…even when you’ll have finished your studies, you’ll continue living in this way!!
Of course it won’t be so exhausting, because you’ll be able to take more decisions about your time (well..not always!), but I think you can’t live without doing anything! Just like me!! And you’ll find some other things that will make your life full!!!
I like it! I always like, after work, making something “for myself”..and the hours in a day aren’t enough!

    - A question: I’ve never used Sketch Up. What is the use of it? Why don’t you import directly from Autocad to 3ds max?? thanx!

    Be happy!
