Today’s a bright sunny day,and yesterday was a gloomy,gloomy day. ![]()
Before I begin,I had my first traffic offence yesterday being pulled over by the righteous police force wtf I’m just exaggerating.I don’t know how many of you have experienced this, but when I was caught; you should have seen the look of my face. Do expect big wet puppy teary eyes. And so this was what happened.
As I was driving back along the LDP,turning down onto the Federal Highway heading towards Subang Jaya; I was caught on talking on my phone and got pulled over by them. I obviously had an oh-oh expression on my face, but yes I was crying at the same time. I wasn’t crying over the fact that I committed traffic offence, but it was because of something else at that moment. I calmed pulled out my driving license, and handed it over to the cops.
The best part after being slightly shaken for the fact that I was caught red handed, my driving license was expired for a week!

Holy moly! At that very moment I knew that there’s no turning back and I would definitely need to bribe my way out of it, whatever happened to a Rasuah-free country wtf who am I kidding right.
Offered $30, got rejected and insisted for $50; I handed $100 but they had no change so I got away with it in the end. The finale of the story ended with the police giving me his number, and said feel free to call me out for a drink sometime soon okay?
Being my unusually blur self,I whispered; call you to meet you to pay you?
Obviously not,he said. Just for a drink.
I would love you to share with me any bribe related story,I don’t mind attached links!
Holy moly cow, thank good that things are getting way better today.

happened to me too, I was heading to my apartment in Vista Pinggiran, coming off the LDP I was caught using the handphone while driving. and my driving licence was expired as well. and I had to bribe the guy RM100 to let me go too… though he didn’t give me any number to meet up.
your story is almost the same as mine… minus the crying. i was too lazy to deal with the expired licence and all. way to pay for laziness, eh. never thought i’d ever get caught, but I was.
